Hello!

My name is Ziggy! I am a 6 year old neutered male shitzu mix. I was brought to the ACC in Manhattan after a Good Samaritan found me wandering around the streets looking for food. I was rescued by Tyler's Rescue and brought to a foster home in The Hamptons. Life on the streets wasn't too kind to me as I have some permanent brain damage and will need ongoing eye care for the rest of my life as I have some vision impairment.  However I don't let my disabilities affect my ability to live life to fullest. I love to explore backyards, chow down on food, and sunbathe on the comfiest beds around. I enjoy butt scratches and lots of pets and cuddles. I get along with dogs and cats and could live with kids 10 years and old. I would love a quiet home that can let me just hang out, but also take me for lots of walks so I can put my nose to use exploring all that life has to offer!
