HALO is a program designed to help pet owners who are in need of assistance in caring for their pets who are located on Long Island. HALO provides assistance with food, water, shelter, dog walking, dog training, grooming, bathing, and basic animal care.
HALO DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE!!
HALO will help find assistance for medical care for a pet enrolled in it's program should the pet owner need it.
